For personal and corporate tax returns, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure our services. This deposit will be applied toward your total fee. No work will begin until payment is received, and this policy ensures mutual commitment to the process.

2. Engagement Letter

We require all clients to sign an Engagement Letter before any services are performed. This letter outlines the specific scope of work, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties. Services will not begin until this document is electronically signed and returned to us.

3. Scope of Services

Temura Group inc. provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, and related consulting services. We do not offer tax representation or legal advice. All services are clearly defined upfront, and our team will only perform tasks within the agreed-upon scope. Any additional requests or services outside the initial agreement may require a new Engagement Letter and additional fees. We do not offer assurance or audit services. Our bookkeeping services are focused on maintaining accurate and organized financial records for your business, such as recording transactions, managing expenses, and preparing financial reports. If you require Certified Public Accountant (CPA) services for assurance or audit purposes, or if you need legal advice, we recommend consulting with a qualified CPA through a local directory or seeking legal counsel through resources like Avvo .

4. Limited Liability

Temura Group Inc. exercises diligence and care in providing services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to penalties, interest, or other fees imposed by tax authorities due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Clients must ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to us.

5. Arbitration Clause

By engaging with Temura Group Inc., you agree that any disputes or claims arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary documents, information, and access to tax software or accounts in a timely manner.
• Respond to our requests promptly to avoid delays in service.
• Acknowledge that failure to meet deadlines or cooperate may result in termination of service without refund.

7. Refunds

All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable once services begin. If a service cannot be completed due to an issue outside of Temura Group Inc.’ control (e.g., incomplete or missing information from the client), no refunds will be issued.

8. Termination of Services

Temura Group Inc. reserves the right to terminate service if a client fails to provide required information, acts disrespectfully, or does not adhere to these terms.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

10. Amendments
